India is all set to celebrate its 75th year of Independence soon (on 15th August 2022). People from across the country is are gearing up to mark the day with tri-coloured flags, the National anthem, parades and other cultural programs. Restaurants and hotels too are redecorating their interior and menu to keep up with the spirit of the festival. One such eatery recently made the headlines, when they started serving tri-colour foods ahead of the 75th Independence Day of India. According to an ANI report, the restaurant, situated in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, is serving tricolour dishes including sandwiches, fried rice and more.
ANI Uttar Pradesh further took to its Twitter handle to share the news, alongside glimpses of the dishes from the restaurant. Take a look:

The report further read that the restaurant is operated by a person named Nitish Shukla, who comes from an Army background. He said, "I come from an Army background; so, we thought of doing something completely different this year. Our dishes are presented to the customers with a touch of our tricolour since this year we are celebrating the 75th year of Independence."
This special act by Nitish Shukla instantly garnered attention on social media; and people ended up showing love to the tweet by ANI. "A special thanks to @ANINewsUP for this coverage. The cafe is @pahadicafe," wrote a person. Another comment reacted to the post, saying, "Much love."
