Food experiments are all things rage. Agree? Especially, in recent years, when bizarre food combinations were brought to light. The recurring trend of experiments should be credited to the foodies. This is because the moment a new combination comes forth, foodies don't hold back in trying it right away and sharing their reviews. You must be wondering why all of a sudden we are talking about bizarre food experiments. Well, we have a new food combo on the block. It seems that our love for panipuri has given birth to “Panipuri popsicles.” A chef on Instagram, Shruti Mahajan, has dropped a video, showing the preparation of this new food combination.
The video shows the chef preparing the tangy water by blending mint leaves, coriander leaves, spices and imli chutney [tamirid] together. She then transferred it into a popsicle mould tray. In just a few simple steps your panipuri popsicles are ready. She penned a lengthy caption, wherein she revealed the steps of the preparation. In the caption, she also claimed that while the dish can be prepared in just 15 minutes, it requires a freezing time of 6 to 8 hours.
