Whenever we order food from online delivery apps, we place our trust in them to provide us with hygienic and safe food, and most importantly, to give us the correct order. However, a woman's trust was breached when she ordered vegetarian food from a popular food delivery app but received meat in it. Natasha Bhardwaj, who is strictly vegetarian, took to Twitter to share her experience and narrate the entire incident. She even shared a picture of her meal and highlighted the piece of meat in it. This post has also shocked other Twitter users.

"If you're a strict vegetarian (like me), think twice before ordering from @Swiggy," the woman started the post by writing. Then, she explained that she had placed an order for biryani rice with aloo, which was "clearly MARKED AS VEGETARIAN on the platform." To her disgust, she found a piece of meat in the rice when she received her food. "Such grave errors are unacceptable, especially when it comes to my beliefs," she lashed out in the post.

What is really disappointing is that even after she raised the issue with a Swiggy representative, there was no relief. According to the chat screenshots that she shared in the tweet, the restaurant had refused to make a refund on the order and the Swiggy representative could not help further.
"Swiggy executives are least bothered - they said that the restaurant clearly said that the items are non-veg and they don't know why it's marked as veg on Swiggy, and Swiggy wanted us to talk to the restaurant directly to solve the issue!" the tweet read.
