No matter how much one fancies an extravagant meal, a simple yet wholesome high-protein bowl can never go out of fashion. And, why should it? It is easy to tuck into, loaded with nutrients and oh-so-delicious! Moreover, you can experiment so much with a protein bowl, make it rich with seeds, veggies, pickles and mouth-watering dressings or even add your favourite greens, pulses or grains to it. And that's exactly what the Bollywood heartthrob Sidharth Malhotra did while being at home recently.
The 'Marjaavaan' actor is popular for his strict diet and fitness regime. So much so that in a GQ interview he revealed that he follows a diet plan made for his own body. According to his blood type, he was advised to stay away from certain foods, including dairy and wheat and 'embrace a high-protein diet.' Seems like the Delhi boy is back to following the same and making the most of home-stay by eating all things fresh, clean and high-protein! Sidharth took to Instagram to share a picture of his high-protein bowl that looked like one amazing hearty meal. He wrote 'Nothing like good high protein veg food these days'. One look at the picture below and you'll be convinced how nourishing this would be!

The bowl looks like a great mix of corn, peanuts, pulses, broccoli, flaxseeds, potatoes and more, and we can't help but think of such midweek motivation. Don't you already want to make one for yourself? While Sidharth might be one of the fittest actors in the industry yet we can often see his foodie side online. Remember, on Holi, when he let go of his guards and indulged in some jalebis?
Sidharth Malhotra was last seen in action-drama 'Marjaavaan,' and would next be seen playing the lead in Hindi remake of Tamil film 'Thadam'. He would also be starring in 'Shershaah', which is actor's first biopic. Based on Kargil hero Vikram Batra, 'Shershaah' also stars Kiara Advani in lead role and is all set to release this year.
