"Everything is cake" trend is clearly here to stay to stun us every single time. The trend started this year on social media when some creative bakers made cakes that exactly looked like everyday objects and posted videos and pictures of cutting the cakes to reveal their true forms. But this talented baker took the 'hyper-realistic cake' game to the next level with this selfie cake that, not joking, looks exactly like her. First look and you can't tell who' who!
Texas-based baker, Natalie Sideserf, has been churning out viral bakery creations one after another. Recently, she was in the news for making the 'Alphabet Noodle Soup', which turned out to be a cake when cut. Now, her 'human bust' cake is making more waves on the internet. Natalie posted the confectionery replica of herself that bore an uncanny resemblance to her, down to her cat-eye make and smile lines. The moment of surprise comes when she starts dissecting herself (err, her lifelike replica cake) and you cannot watch without squinting your eyes.

For those who are too curious and want to try making a selfie cake themselves, Natalie also shared a video with the entire process of making the cake on her YouTube channel Sideserf Cake Studio.
The hyper-real cake that is breaking all record on social media is made with buttercream frosting, enclosed in an exterior layer made using modelling chocolate. The innate detailing of her face on the cake is simply astonishing and impressive at the same time.
Users have lauded her creativity with comments like 'It is a masterpiece', 'IDENTICAL!!!! Every single detail is so perfect!', "I'm speechless, it looks EXACTLY like you", and "twinning".
And, some amusing comments also poured in - "Didn't you feel Awkward while doing this? I can't even Hurt my Picture".
"Ruined perfect make up with knife"
"You can literally tell someone to "eat me", but not in an offensive way. Lol"
"Your brain looks delicious"
