Ingredients of Aam ka Pachranga Achaar
8 carrots-scraped and cut into desired sized pieces
2 cups mango-cut into small pieces
2 cups cauliflower flowerets
3 cucumbers-cut to match other vegetables (unpeeled)
1 cup shelled peas
1 cup salt
3 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp powdered mustard seeds
1/4 cups vinegar
1 tsp fenugreek seeds powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup mustard oil
How to Make Aam ka Pachranga Achaar
1.Mix carrots, mangoes, cauliflower, cucumbers, peas and salt and leave for 3-4 hours.
2.Drain the vegetables well and discard the liquid.
the vegetables, chilli, mustard, vinegar, fenugreek, turmeric and oil. Transfer to a jar and leave to mature, stirring once or twice a day.
4.The pickle will be ready to eat in 6-7 days.
5.You can add permissible red color if you want it to look brighter.
