Ingredients of Almond Chicken With Creamy Garlic Sauce
- For Making Almond Chicken
- 120 gram Boneless chicken
- 40 gram Almonds
- 80 gram Fresh cream
- to taste Salt
- 2 tsp Chopped coriander leaves
- 7-8 crushed black pepper corn
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1-2 Green Chillies
- For Creamy Sauce
- 50 gram Butter
- 2 tbsp Garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Celery chopped
- 1/2 small Chopped onion
- 2 Chopped green chillies
- 1 tsp Refined flour
- 2 ml Water
- 75 ml fresh cream
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp White pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Chicken Broth Powder
- 1 tsp Corn flour
- 1/2 tsp Fried Garlic Flakes

In a grinder, add boneless pieces of chicken, soaked and peeled almonds, fresh cream, salt, black pepper corns and blend to a very fine paste.
Now add finely chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped chillies, onion and garlic powder and mix well.
Now roll this mixture in greased aluminium foil and ensure that the sides are sealed properly.
Immerse this in hot boiling water and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from water, let it cool and then remove it from aluminium foil. Slice thinly and keep aside.
For Creamy Garlic Sauce
In a heavy bottom pan, heat butter and add chopped onions, green chillies and celery. Continue cooking till onions are translucent. Then add refined flour and cook for another minute on low flame.
Now add water, fresh cream, chicken broth powder and adjust the seasoning.
Add corn flour mixed in water and cook till sauce thickens, add lime juice and remove from the flame.
Now on a serving platter, arrange slices of cooked chicken and top it up with the prepared sauce. Serve hot garnished with fried garlic flakes.
