Ingredients of Aloo ki Jalebi

  • 200 Gram Flour
  • 2 medium Boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1/4 tbsp Fruit salt
  • Oil for frying
  • A pinch of Saffron
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder

How to Make Aloo ki Jalebi

Make sugar syrup by boiling sugar, cardamom powder, saffron powder in water for 5-7 minutes.

In a container, add flour, curd, boiled and mashed potatoes, salt and make a thick consistent batter.

Pour the solution in a cloth and make a hole in the cloth. Start by making spiral shaped jalebis in hot oil. Deep fry till golden brown.
4.
Soak the jalebi into the sugar syrup for 2-3 minutes. Take it our and enjoy!
