Ingredients of Banana Cake

  • 210 gm Butter
  • 240 gm Brown Sugar
  • 150 gm Overripe bananas
  • 200 gm Milk
  • 300 gm All Purpose Flour
  • 100 gm Almond Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 10 gm Baking Powder
  • 2 gm Cinnamon Powder

How to Make Banana Cake

First mix room temperature butter, and sugar till smooth then add the crushed banana and the milk.

Once combined, add the flours and baking powder and cinnamon.

Make sure the batter resembles cake batter (when you lift with a spatula it should fall in 3-5 seconds.)

Bake at 165 C for 30 mins. Banana cake is ready!
