How to Make Barley Risotto with Marinated Chicken
1.In a pot with some olive oil melt some butter. Add some finely chopped onions, garlic, risotto(barley).
2.Bring to a slight boil and add stock and white wine. Chop up some spring onions.
3.Grate in some parmesan cheese and sprinkle with some black pepper. Heat till reduced. Garnish and serve.
1.Marinate the chicken thigh with the ingredients and set in oven for 20 minutes @200 degrees.
