About Betel Nut Popsicle Recipe: A delectable popsicle that comes with a refreshing flavour of paan (betel nut). Mixed with cheese, milk, cream and sugar, it is frozen to perfection and dipped in chocolate sauce. Just the right dessert to serve your loved ones.

Ingredients of Betel Nut Popsicle

  • 100 Ml full cream milk
  • 50 gms cream
  • 50 gms mascarpone
  • 30 gms sugar
  • 1 paan (crushed)
  • 30 gms cookie crumble
  • 300 gms dark chocolate (melted)
  • 30 ml caramel sauce

How to Make Betel Nut Popsicle

  • 1.Take a non-stick pan heat it up. Add cheese, milk, cream, sugar and paan. Cook it till it gets a thick consistency.
  • 2.Add the mixture to the mould and allow it to freeze for 3-4 hours until set.
  • 3.Now melt the chocolate and completely dip the popsicle into chocolate. Allow it to cool again.
  • 4.To serve, take a plate, dust lemon leaf powder, add cookie crumble along with pop candy and place the popsicle on it.
