Ingredients of Bubble Chocolate
- 65 gms Compound Chocolate
- 65 gram Sugar
- A pinch of Citric Acid
- A pinch of Coffee Powder
- 3 tbsp Water

Grate the chocolate to get chocolate shavings.
In a pan, add sugar and keep it on medium flame. Add the water to the pan and mix it till the sugar is dissolved.
When the sugar syrup starts to bubble, add citric acid and coffee. Mix it well.
Now add chocolate shavings to the pan and mix till the chocolate melts. Add baking soda and mix well.
Whisk the chocolate mixture till it forms a smooth mixture. This will incorporate more air into it. The chocolate mixture will become fluffy and lot of bubbles will appear at this stage.
Get the mixture off the flame and pour it into a silicone mould.
Place the chocolate filled mould till it sets.
Remove the chocolate from the mould and bubble chocolate is ready!
