230 gms butter
75 gms powdered brown sugar
100 gms buckwheat flour
130 gms ragi flour
100 gms almond powder
How to Make Buckwheat And Ragi Cookies (Gluten Free)
1.In a dough mixer or mixing bowl cream butter and powdered brown sugar till mixture is fluffy.
2.Add ragi, buckwheat flour and mix it slowly.Add almond powder and mix it well. Allow mixture to cool down.
3.Take a lined baking tray and place shaped cookies on it. Bake at 165*C for 15 minutes.
