- 75 gms powdered brown sugar
- 100 gms buckwheat flour
- 130 gms ragi flour
- 100 gms almond powder
How to Make Buckwheat And Ragi Cookies (Gluten Free)
- 1.In a dough mixer or mixing bowl cream butter and powdered brown sugar till mixture is fluffy.
- 2.Add ragi, buckwheat flour and mix it slowly.Add almond powder and mix it well. Allow mixture to cool down.
- 3.Take a lined baking tray and place shaped cookies on it. Bake at 165*C for 15 minutes.
