Ingredients of Buckwheat Brownies

  • 2 Cups Dark Chocolate
  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 4 Egg
  • 1 3/4 Cups Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Buckwheat Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • to taste Chocolate Chips

How to Make Buckwheat Brownies

Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Melt the chocolate and butter over a double boiler. Once it is melted, let it cool a little.

In a large bowl, add the eggs and whisk. Add brown sugar and vanilla essence.

Take another small bowl and add the buckwheat flour, almond flour, and baking soda. Whisk well.

Now pour the melted chocolate and butter into the egg mixture while whisking continuously.

Add the flour mixture to the egg and chocolate mix. Fold the mix and your batter is ready.
6.
Pour it into a buttered nine by 15-inch baking dish. Bake it in the oven for 30 minutes.
7.
Once the brownies are out of the oven, let it cool. Enjoy!
