Ingredients of Burmese Samosa Curry

  • 1 Cup Curd
  • 1/2 cup Besan flour
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind paste
  • 1/4 cup Boiled Chana
  • 1/4 cup Moong sprouts
  • Shredded cabbage and carrot (Optional)
  • to taste Salt

How to Make Burmese Samosa Curry

In a pan heat some oil and add the powdered spices one by one, ginger garlic paste and let it cook for some time.

In another bowl add curd, besan flour and 1 cup water to make a smooth and lump free mix.

Get back to the pan and half of the shredded veggies and pulses and lightly fry them.

Add the curd and besan mix and let it come to a boil.
5.
Once everything has been boiled and cooked once well, add the remaining pulses and stir again.
6.
Pour the hot soup into a bowl, add 2 small samosa, shredded veggies and fresh coriander leaves for garnish and enjoy.
