Ingredients of Butter Chicken Twin Burgers
- 2 Pieces Burger bun
- 250 gram Chicken tikka
- 250 gram Makhani gravy
- 150 gram French fries
- 60 gram Onion
- 40 gram Iceberg lettuce
- For chicken tikka:
- 250 gram Chicken tikka (boneless)
- 60 gram Hung curd
- 20 gram Ginger garlic paste
- 30 ml Mustard oil
- 15 ml Vinegar
- 5 gram Salt
- 10 gram Cumin powder
- 3 gram Kasoori methi
- For gravy:
- 30 gram Butter
- 500 gram Tomato
- 50 gram Onion
- 10 gram Green chilli
- 15 gram Garlic
- 5 gram Salt
- 15 gram Degi chilli
- 3 gram Kasoori methi
- 5 gram Garam masala
- 10 gram Sugar
- 1 Lemon juice
- 120 ml Cream
How to Make Butter Chicken Twin Burgers
HideShow MediaPrepare chicken tikka marination:

Make a smooth marination with all the ingredients.

Add chicken tikka and keep aside for 2 hours.

After two hours, cook the chicken tikka in tandoor and keep aside.
Prepare makhani gravy:
1.
Take a pan and add butter.
2.
Now add roughly cut tomato, onion, garlic and green chilli.
3.
Boil it for about 20 minutes.
4.
Remove from gas and make a smooth puree.
5.
Add desi ghee in a hot pan.
6.
Put degi chilli and tomato puree to it.
7.
Cook for 10 minutes and then add rest of the ingredients.

Finish with cream and lemon.
9.
Now slice chicken tikka and add coat half of the gravy in it.
10.
Cut burger bun and toast it.
11.
Apply gravy on the toasted bun and place the chicken on it.
12.
Put iceberg lettuce and onion.
13.
Cover with the burger cap and serve along with french fries and makhani gravy.
