About Cha Chu Prawn Recipe: Hot and crispy prawns tossed in flavourful chillies and spices along with egg white and chicken seasoning. This easy and quick prawn recipe is perfect to serve for dinner and parties at home.

Ingredients of Cha Chu Prawn

  • 1 Nos egg
  • 10 gms corn flour
  • 10 ml oil
  • 10 gms garlic, chopped
  • 3 gms chilli, sliced
  • 12 nos prawn
  • 5 gms salt
  • 5 gms black pepper
  • 5 gms chicken seasoning powder
  • 10 gms coriander, chopped
  • 5 gms spring onion, chopped
  • 5 gms sugar

How to Make Cha Chu Prawn

  • 1.Take 12 cleaned prawns wipe them dry.
  • 2.Now add one egg white, pinch of salt and chicken seasoning followed by 10 grams of corn flour. Mix well.
  • 3.For frying, heat oil take prawns and dip in corn flour. Leave for 2 to 3 minutes and later deep fry over a medium heat oil till crispy and light golden.
  • 4.Now take a wok, heat it up, toss in the garlic and chilli in the lightly oiled wok. Let the garlic brown a bit and then add prawns, toss it with salt; black pepper and sugar. Later finish it with coriander and spring onion.
  • 5.Serve hot and crispy.
