Chicken 65 Burger Recipe: Chicken 65 burger isn’t anything like the original American style burger. This one is a fusion of American and Indian recipes. What makes this burger different from any other burger is the chicken filling which is made in traditional South Indian style with regional herbs and spices.

Ingredients of Chicken 65 Burger
- Boneless chicken cut in medium size, 7-8 pieces
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 4-5 tsp curd
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Fresh curry leaves
- lemon juice
- 1 tsp Oil to fry
- 1-2 tsp coconut oil to stir fry
- Salt as per taste
- 1 sliced tomato, 1 onion, 1-2 green chili and fresh lettuce
- Cheese slices

In a bowl add chicken pieces with salt, chili, turmeric, garam masala, and other spices as well. Now put curd and ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
Make sure the chicken is nicely marinated. Cover the bowl and keep in fridge for 1 hour.
Once it’s properly marinated, take it out for 10 minutes.
In a wok (kadhai) heat oil and fry the marinated chicken till it’s nicely brown in colour.
In another pan heat coconut oil. Now add mustard seeds, curry leaves, garlic, salt, turmeric, sugar, chilis, and lemon juice.
Add the fried chicken and tamper it in the oil and spices for 2-3 minutes.
In a pan add butter and slightly heat the buns.
Now spread mayonnaise add sliced tomato and onion. Next place the fried chicken 65 pieces and top it with a cheese slice and lettuce.
Top it with the burger bun and it's ready to eat.
