Ingredients of Chicken Hakka Noodles

  • 1 Bowl Boiled noodles
  • 5-6 Pieces Boiled Chicken
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 small Capsicum
  • 1 small Carrot
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Chicken Hakka Noodles

Boil the chicken till it is tender.

Now heat oil in pan and cook pan fry the chicken pieces to give it a slightly crisp texture.

Once that is done, throw in veggies like onion, capsicum, carrots and more. Let it cook for a while.

Now add soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, salt and a bit of chilli flakes. Stir it well.

Next, throw in the boiled noodles and combine everything well.

Check the taste and adjust the spices as per your taste.

Once cooked, take it out in a bowl and garnish with spring onions before serving!
