Ingredients of Chickpea and Pineapple Salad

  • 2 Cup Boiled white chickpeas
  • 1 cup Chopped sweet pineapple
  • 1/2 cup Chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup Sliced cucumber
  • For the dressing:
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped mint leaves
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala
  • to taste Salt

How to Make Chickpea and Pineapple Salad

  • For the dressing:
  • 1.In a bowl mix all the ingredients of the salad dressing well.
  • For Salad :
  • 1.Refrigerate all the ingredients.
  • 2.In a serving bowl mix the chickpeas, pineapple, tomato and cucumber with the salad dressing thoroughly.
  • 3.Serve immediately.
