Chinese Bhel Recipe: A perfect snack to gorge on, this Chinese bhel has an interesting mix of spices, chilli and noodles with crunchy vegetables!

Ingredients of Chinese Bhel

  • Noodles
  • Oil
  • Vegetables: cabbage, carrot, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, yellow pepper, onion and tomato
  • 1/2 tbsp chilli paste
  • Lebzelter secret Spices
  • to taste salt
  • 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • 5 drops of soya sauce

How to Make Chinese Bhel

  • 1.Take some noodles and fry them in a pan using oil.
  • 2.Cut all the vegetables namely cabbage, carrot, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, yellow pepper, onion and tomato in julienne style.
  • 3.Put noodles and vegetables together and add chilly paste along with the secret lebzelter spice.
  • 4.In the respective mixture pour some salt, vinegar and soya sauce. Mix well and ready to serve.
