Ingredients of Cinnamon Thyme Tea

  • 4 tsp cinnamon sticks
  • 4 tsp dried thyme
  • 4 cups water
  • Sweetener

How to Make Cinnamon Thyme Tea

  • 1.Add water to a saucepan, cover and bring to boil.
  • 2.Remove the pan from heat, add herbs and cover. Let it steep for 15 minutes.
  • 3.Strain the tea into a jar. Sweeten it with a small amount of your choice of sweetener. Serve.
  • 4.You can also store it in the refrigerator for upto a week.
