- 4 tsp cinnamon sticks
- 4 tsp dried thyme
- 4 cups water
How to Make Cinnamon Thyme Tea
- 1.Add water to a saucepan, cover and bring to boil.
- 2.Remove the pan from heat, add herbs and cover. Let it steep for 15 minutes.
- 3.Strain the tea into a jar. Sweeten it with a small amount of your choice of sweetener. Serve.
