How to make Coco Orange

A rich and flavourful dessert - this one is a special recipe prepared by Chef Raghvendra Singh from Meetha By Radisson. These coco orange bites have an orange flavoured cashew nut dough layer that is topped with a chocolate flavoured dough and glaze. Garnish it with coco nies and indulge in its goodness.

Ingredients of Coco Orange

  • 1 kg Cashew Nuts
  • 700 gm Sugar
  • 150 gm Coco Nies
  • 50 gm Cocoa Powder
  • 50 gm Chocolate Glaze
  • Brown Dust
  • 4 pieces Fresh Orange

How to Make Coco Orange

Dip 1 kg cashew nut in water for half an hour and take it out grind it and make a dough.

On slow flame, put the paste in a pan and roast it for 15 to 20 mins.

Take out fresh orange juice and heat it in a pan for 5 to 8 mins.

Add this orange juice to half of the cashew nut dough that we prepared.

In the remaining cashew nut dough, add coco powder.
6.
Keep one layer of orange dough, put chocolate dough on it and add chocolate glaze on top. Cut it in square pieces.
7.
Garnish it with coco nies. And your delicious Coco Orange is ready to serve!
