About Corn Salad Recipe: A super easy, quick, healthy and delicious salad recipe to try at home for a wholesome meal.

Ingredients of Corn Salad

  • 1 can whole corn kernels
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes (cut into halves)
  • 1 Avocado (sliced or cut into small chunks)
  • 2 tbsp soft cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1-2 tbsp salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 Lemon (juiced)
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

How to Make Corn Salad

  • 1.Prepare the salad dressing first by combining olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Whisk well.
  • 2.Combine corn kernels, tomato, onion and avocado in a bowl. Pour dressing over the salad.
  • 3.Add cheese, gently toss and serve the corn salad.
