About Cranberry Ka Panna Recipe: It is the season of loading up refreshing beverages and we have the perfect one for you to beat the summer heat with. Cranberry panna is a sweet and tangy drink with the goodness of cumin, elaichi, black salt and jaggery simmered and blended with cranberries. This is served chilled, topped with chia seeds, soda and mint leaves.

Ingredients of Cranberry Ka Panna

  • 1 Cup fresh frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 5 cups water
  • cumin powder
  • elaichi powder
  • black salt
  • garam masala powder
  • green chillies
  • jaggery
  • club soda
  • mint leaves
  • chia seeds

How to Make Cranberry Ka Panna

  • 1.Bring all of the above ingredients to a simmer for 40 minutes until most of the liquid has reduced.
  • 2.Blend to a puree and chill.
  • 3.Add 2 tbsp of this chilled puree in a glass top with 1 tsp chia seeds and ice cold club soda.
  • 4.Garnish with mint leaves.
