Ingredients of Cravattine Pasta

  • 70 gms banana flower
  • 10 gms confit shallot
  • 10 gms confit garlic
  • 5 gms ginger
  • 2 gms curry leaf
  • 2 gms fresh red chilli
  • 5 gms salt
  • 5 gms pangritata
  • 10 gms rocket lettuce
  • 5 gms crispy coconut flakes
  • 5 gms crispy chickpea
  • 90 gms pasta
  • For poppy seed pangratita:
  • 70 gms bread crumbs
  • 20 gms poppy seeds
  • 10 gms parsley

How to Make Cravattine Pasta

  • 1.Sautee confit shallot, confit garlic and ginger.
  • 2.Add chopped banana flower, curry leaves. Add seasoning. Cook until water evaporates.
  • 3.Add coconut cream / milk.
  • 4.Add pasta to the sauce.
  • 5.Garnish with pangritata, sliced chilly, chickpea crunch, coconut flakes and rocket leaves.
