- 70 gms banana flower
- 10 gms confit shallot
- 10 gms confit garlic
- 5 gms ginger
- 2 gms curry leaf
- 2 gms fresh red chilli
- 5 gms salt
- 5 gms pangritata
- 10 gms rocket lettuce
- 5 gms crispy coconut flakes
- 5 gms crispy chickpea
- 90 gms pasta
- For poppy seed pangratita:
- 70 gms bread crumbs
- 20 gms poppy seeds
- 10 gms parsley
How to Make Cravattine Pasta

Sautee confit shallot, confit garlic and ginger.

Add chopped banana flower, curry leaves. Add seasoning. Cook until water evaporates.

Add coconut cream / milk.

Add pasta to the sauce.

Garnish with pangritata, sliced chilly, chickpea crunch, coconut flakes and rocket leaves.
