Ingredients of Cucumber Cooler
- 1 Large cucumber
- 1 cup watermelon cubes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
How to Make Cucumber Cooler

Wash the cucumber and cut it into small pieces.

In a blender, puree the cucumber pieces until smooth.

Strain the cucumber juice using a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth.

In a large pitcher, combine the cucumber juice, watermelon cubes, salt, and black pepper.

Add 2 cups of water and stir well.

Chill the cucumber cooler in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the cucumber cooler over the ice.
