Ingredients of Dhania Bharta (Bengali Dhone Pata Bata)

  • 1-2 bunch fresh dhania
  • 4-5 Pods of Garlic
  • 3-4 green chillies
  • 1 tsp kalonji
  • 1-2 whole red chilli
  • 1-2 tsp mustard oil
  • Salt, as per taste

How to Make Dhania Bharta (Bengali Dhone Pata Bata)

Clean dhania, garlic and green chillies and add in blender.

Prepare a smooth paste.
3.
Heat oil in a kadhai and temper kalonji and red chilli.
4.
Add the paste and cook until it turns dry and the raw smell eliminates.
5.
Serve hot with rice.
