A quick and easy pav that you can make at home. It is eggless and can be prepared in just under 30 minutes. You can have it with bhajis or make a bun muska - it tastes absolutely delicious.

Ingredients of Eggless Pav
- 3 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Dry Yeast
- 1 tsp Butter
- A pinch of Baking Powder

Pour milk, water, sugar, and yeast into a bowl. Gently fold everything.
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a another bowl. Combine the two ingredients with some butter and oil.
Make a soft dough. Then, give this dough an hour to rest.
Grease a pan, then place the dough inside once it has risen. Then bake it for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
Next, slice the bread into thick pavs and indulge.
