How to Make Falafel Wrap
1.Soak chick peas overnight in cold water and grind it into a fine paste.
2.Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
3.With wet hands, create small patties from the mixture.
4.Deep fry till golden brown or shallow fry in little olive oil.
5.Make tahini paste made with sesame seeds, water, lemon, salt and pepper.
6.Place the falafel in a pita pocket along with hummus, tahini, sour cream (hung curd), lettuce and onions.
