Ingredients of Fresh Bel Cooler

  • bel
  • sugar
  • Lemon
  • black salt

How to Make Fresh Bel Cooler

  • 1.Take out the pulp of bel in a big bowl.
  • 2.Add a cup of water in the bowl and mash it finely with the spoon.
  • 3.Transfer the pulp on a soup strainer / metal sieve and strain the pulp through it in a bowl.
  • 4.Add the powdered sugar, lemon and black salt into it. Mix it really well till the sugar has completely dissolved into the bel pulp.
  • 5.Add the lemon juice into the bel sharbat and adjust the water level to your liking. I like my juice slightly thick and pulpy.
  • 6.To serve, take a glass and add few cubes of ice. Pour the juice and add a sprig of mint for garnishing.
