How to Make Fresh Bel Cooler

Take out the pulp of bel in a big bowl.

Add a cup of water in the bowl and mash it finely with the spoon.

Transfer the pulp on a soup strainer / metal sieve and strain the pulp through it in a bowl.

Add the powdered sugar, lemon and black salt into it. Mix it really well till the sugar has completely dissolved into the bel pulp.
5.
Add the lemon juice into the bel sharbat and adjust the water level to your liking. I like my juice slightly thick and pulpy.
6.
To serve, take a glass and add few cubes of ice. Pour the juice and add a sprig of mint for garnishing.
