How to Make Grilled Vegetable Capachio
1.In a bowl, add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and roasted walnut.
2.Mix well, season to taste. On a platter, pile crisp lettuce in the center.
3.Layer the grilled vegetables around it.
4.Place cheese slices next.
5.Drizzle the dressing over the top of the grilled vegetables.
6.Serve the vegetables garnished with milled pepper.
