Ingredients of Idli Fries

  • 5-6 Idlis
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Idli Fries

Take idlis and cut them in long slices. Now deep fry them.

Till the idlis are being fried make a spice mix. In a bowl add red chilli, pepper, salt and chaat masala.

Once the idlis turn golden brown take them out and toss in the spice mix.
4.
Next garnish with curry leaves and serve with yummy chutneys to enjoy!
