About Jodhpuri Chilly Poppers Recipe: For all the spicy food lovers, here is a dish made with fried Jodhpuri chillies stuffed with a cheesy mixture of potatoes, chillies and goat cheese.

Ingredients of Jodhpuri Chilly Poppers

  • 4 Nos Achari chilly
  • 100 Gram Potatoes (boiled)
  • 100 Gram Goat cheese
  • 5 Gram Green chilly
  • 10 Ml Vinegar
  • 50 Gram Bread crubs
  • 20 Gram Red and yellow peppers
  • 100 Ml Water
  • 50 Gram Corn flour

How to Make Jodhpuri Chilly Poppers

  • 1.Slit achari chillies from middle remove seeds.
  • 2.Blanch chillies in vinegar water.
  • 3.Cut boiled potatoes in small cubes and toss in achar dry powder with salt.
  • 4.Mix chopped green chillies, red and yellow pepper with goat cheese for stuffing.
  • 5.Stuff achari aloo and goat cheese in blanched chillies one above other.
  • 6.Prepare a solution of cornflour to coat.
  • 7.Crumb the chillies after dipping in corn flour water.
  • 8.Deep fry and serve with sauce of your choice.
