Ingredients of Keto Butter Chicken
- 200 gms Boneless & Skinless Chicken
- 10 gram Butter
- 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
- 100 ml Tomato Puree
- 50 ml Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp Avocado Oil
- 50 ml Water
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 tsp Chopped coriander leaves
How to Make Keto Butter Chicken

In a bowl add turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Coriander powder and mix well.

Marinate the chicken in this powder and keep for 15 mins.

In a pan, heat the avocado oil, once it's hot, pan fry the chicken for 5 minutes on both sides till it gets fully cooked

In a pan, heat the butter and on melting, add tomato puree and mix well. Add kasuri methi, water and cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.

Once tomato puree and oil get split, add heavy cream to this and mix well till everything has emulsified.

Add the prepared chicken to this, add pepper powder and salt, mix well and cover for a min on a low flame
7.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with Rice /Roti
