Ingredients of Kiwi Phirni
- 2 Litre milk
- 100 ml milk maid
- 100 gms rice powder
- 10 gms green cardamom
- 5 ml kewra water
- 150 gms sugar
- 250 gms kiwi pulp
How to Make Kiwi Phirni
- 1.Boil milk, milk maid and sugar in a deep non-stick pan, stir continuously to avoid skin forming.
- 2.Then add rice powder and green cardamom powder. After 20-25 min, rice is cooked, then take it off from the flame and let it cool.
- 3.Add fresh kiwi pulp and after adding pulp, let it rest for 2 more minutes, then add kewda water. Pour the mixture in individual serving bowls and refrigerate.
