Ingredients of Mango Jamun Phirni

  • 250 gms Rice (Soaked and ground)
  • 350 gram Sugar
  • 250 gram Mango Pulp
  • 2 gram Cardamom Powder
  • 2000 gram Milk
  • For Gulab Jamun
  • 500 gram Khova
  • 50 gram Sooji
  • 1 gram Soda
  • 1000 gram Sugar (for syrup)
  • For Garnish
  • 1 gram Pista

How to Make Mango Jamun Phirni

Soak the rice in water and ground it.
Boil milk, add rice and cook it until the rice gets completely boiled.
Add sugar. Then add mango pulp, cardamom powder and cook it.
Remove from fire and chill it in the refrigerator.
Make gulab jamun as per the recipe.
Now, pour the mango phirni into the raitha container (60-65 grams).
Garnish with 3 half gulab jamun (20 gram) and pista flakes.
