  • 600 gms Hung Curd
  • 300 gram Castor Sugar
  • 300 gram Mango Pulp (Cooked and thickened with cornflour)
  • 0.5 gram Cardamom Powder
  • To Prepare Sweet Paste
  • 200 gram Butter Margarine
  • 100 gram Icing Sugar
  • 300 gram Maida
  • 1 gram Vanilla Essence
  • To Garnish
  • 1 gram Cranberry
  • 1 gram Pistachio
  • 1 gram Silver Leaf

How to Make Mango Shrikand Tart

To begin with the recipe, you need to make tart shells as per recipe and bake it.

Apply white chocolate on the tart and set it in the fridge.

Prepare mango shrikand as per recipe. Set it aside. Then pipe into the tart shell (30 Grams).
