    Ingredients of Low carb Kachori

    • 1 Cup almond flour
    • 1 Tbsp ghee
    • Pinch of baking soda and baking powder
    • 3/4 Cup psyillu husk
    • 1/2 Cup moth
    • 1/2 Cup chana dal, soaked
    • 2 Tbsp crushed almonds
    • 2 Tbsp crushed walnuts
    • 1 tsp red chilli powder
    • 1 tsp coriander powder
    • Salt as per taste

    To make this dish first take some almond flour in a bowl and mix it with ghee to form a crumbly texture.

    Now add salt, baking soda and baking powder and combine again.

    Next add psyillum husk to this mix. Prepare dough by adding water.
    4.
    For the filling take moth, soaked chana dal and dry fruits.
    5.
    Toss this with light masalas. Now roll the dough and add this stuffing. Bake it till its light brown in colour.
