  • Sorbet Syrup
  • 496 gms sugar
  • 180 gms liquid glucose
  • 20 gms inverted sugar
  • 532 gms water
  • 20 gms glycerine
  • Lychee Syrup
  • 500 gms lychee sorbet
  • 25 gms orange juice
  • 100 gms curd
  • 5 gms lemon juice
  • 100 gms sorbet syrup
  • 25 gms gel mix

How to Make Lychee Sorbet

  • 1.For the syrup
  • 2.Mix all the ingredients and boil them till combined.
  • 3.For the sorbet
  • 4.Combine all the ingredients and churn it in the ice cream making machine till set.
