  • Sorbet Syrup
  • 496 gms sugar
  • 180 gms liquid glucose
  • 20 gms inverted sugar
  • 532 gms water
  • 20 gms glycerine
  • Lychee Syrup
  • 500 gms lychee sorbet
  • 25 gms orange juice
  • 100 gms curd
  • 5 gms lemon juice
  • 100 gms sorbet syrup
  • 25 gms gel mix

How to Make Lychee Sorbet

1.For the syrup
2.Mix all the ingredients and boil them till combined.
3.For the sorbet
4.Combine all the ingredients and churn it in the ice cream making machine till set.
