Ingredients of Mango Bread

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • A Dash Of Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Mango (chopped)
  • 10-12 Raisins
  • A Handful Of Almonds (chopped)

How to Make Mango Bread

Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Whisk egg, oil and sugar together.

Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon powder and sift everything into the egg mixture. Combine well till dense batter is formed.

Add mango, vanilla extract, raisins and almonds.
5.
Bake on a greased pan for about 45 minutes (or till when baked through).
