Masala Bread

Masala bread has a recipe that is as quick and easy as it can get! No extra chopping or peeling just blend the masala together and thrown in toasted chunks of bread into the mix. Once coated well, take off the heat and munch away!

Ingredients of Masala Bread

  • 6-8 Slices Bread
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 4-5 Cloves Garlic
  • 1-2 Green Chillies
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Haldi
  • Salt According to taste
  • Chaat masala (optional)
  • Coriander leaves chopped

How to Make Masala Bread

  • 1.In a grinder, add onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, green chilli and some salt. Grind to a smooth paste.
  • 2.In pan heat some oil. Add cumin seeds and the grinded masala.
  • 3.Let this cook for some time and then add haldi, red chili powder and salt according to taste.
  • 4.In another pan toast bread slices and roughly chop into 6-8 pieces.
  • 5.Add the bread chunks to the cooked masala and mix well.
  • 6.Once the bread chunks are well coated, take off the heat and garnish with chaat masala and fresh coriander. Serve hot.
