- 250 Ml Skimmed milk
- 250 Ml Fresh cream
- 25 Gram Honey
- 8 Gram Gelatin
- 3 drops Vanilla essence
- 10 Gram Fresh mint
How to Make Mint Pannacota
- 1.Warm the milk and fresh cream together.
- 2.Add honey and soaked gelatin and stir.
- 3.Add vanilla essence and chopped fresh mint.
- 4.Put the mixture into desired mould and freeze it.
- 5.Serve chilled.
