Ingredients of Mint Pannacota

  • 250 Ml Skimmed milk
  • 250 Ml Fresh cream
  • 25 Gram Honey
  • 8 Gram Gelatin
  • 3 drops Vanilla essence
  • 10 Gram Fresh mint

How to Make Mint Pannacota

  • 1.Warm the milk and fresh cream together.
  • 2.Add honey and soaked gelatin and stir.
  • 3.Add vanilla essence and chopped fresh mint.
  • 4.Put the mixture into desired mould and freeze it.
  • 5.Serve chilled.
