Multigrain Cheela Recipe: Multigrain chilla is also very easy to make like other chilla recipes. This cheela is made from a combination of gram flour, oats, ragi and semolina. A batter is prepared by mixing all these things, some vegetables are also included in it to make it even more nutritious.

Ingredients of Multigrain Cheela

  • 2 Tbsp Ragi Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Gram Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Oats
  • 2 Tbsp Suji
  • 1 Tbsp Onion
  • 1 Green Chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Carrot , finely chopped
  • 1/2 Inch Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Capsicum, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Oil

How to Make Multigrain Cheela

In a mixer jar, take two tbsp gram flour, two tbsp ragi flour, two tbsp oats, semolina and curd in it.

Add half an inch piece of ginger to it, add two chopped green chillies and blend it well by adding a little water and make a smooth batter.

Take out the batter in a bowl. If the batter seems thick then set the consistency by adding water to in it.

Add salt and spices as per taste to the batter. Now, add 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion, carrot, capsicum to it and mix it well.

Heat a nonstick pan and spread some oil on it. Take a ladleful of batter and spread it in a circular shape on the griddle.
6.
When the cheela is cooked from one side, flip it over and roast it from the other side as well. You can pair this multigrain cheela with mint chutney.
