Ingredients of Gujrati Tikha Pudla

  • 1 Cup Chickpea flour
  • 1/2 cup Grated veggies
  • to taste Salt
  • 3-4 Chopped green chillies
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup Red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Mustard oil
  • Oil to cook

How to Make Gujrati Tikha Pudla

Take a bowl, add flour, spices, veggies along with mustard oil. Mix well and add water to form a consistent paste.

Now, heat a non-stick pan, smear few drops of oil and pour the mixture onto it. Spread it in a form of circle.

Drizzle some oil around the circle and wait until one side of the pudla turns golden brown.

Now flip by using spatula and let the pudla cook from other side as well.
5.
Serve it with yogurt and enjoy!
