Ingredients of Mushroom Momos

  • 2-3 Onions
  • 5-6 Mushrooms
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 1-2 Green Chillies
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder

How to Make Mushroom Momos

Knead dough with all-purpose flour, some salt and 1 tsp oil.

Saute onions and mushrooms in oil with ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, garam masala and black pepper powder.
3.
Make thin, translucent small rotis from the dough.
4.
Stuff the rotis with mushroom mixture. Secure the ends. Make round or spherical momos.
5.
Steam the momos for 10-15 minutes.
