Ingredients of Whole Wheat Chicken Momo

  • 2 Cups Atta
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Cup Minced Chicken
  • 1 Cup Minced Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Minced ginger
  • 1/2 Cup Minced coriander leaves
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • Salt according to taste

How to Make Whole Wheat Chicken Momo

In a bowl add the meat, onions, ginger, coriander leaves, and butter and mix well.

Use your hands to properly rub all the ingredients together, add salt according to taste and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

In the meanwhile, make a dough by mixing atta, a pinch of salt, oil, and water. Mix lightly hard dough and keep aside.

Make tiny balls out of the dough and roll out the tiny balls of dough in the size of a small poori.

Place a spoonful of filling in the middle and use a mold to shape the dumpling.

Or you can gather all the sides together and pinch it.

Grease the steaming plates with oil and let this steam for 20-30 minutes.

Check if the outer dough is cooked and serve hot.
