Ingredients of Mushroom Naan Pop

  • 120 gms Maida
  • 120 gms Mushroom
  • 5 gms Green Peas
  • 5 nos Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 gms Garam Masala
  • 5 gms Butter
  • 10 nos Onion
  • 3 gms Cheese Sprinkle
  • 5 gms Coriander

How to Make Mushroom Naan Pop

For the dough: Mix maida, water, salt and sugar to form a pliable dough. Rest it for 20 minutes. Roll the dough out into chapatti shapes.
For the mixture: Mix chopped mushrooms, mashed green peas and coriander. Next, heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions, mushrooms and green peas mixture.
Cook for 20 minutes or till the moisture evaporates. Add salt and garam masala. Take off the range and mix in the cheese. Cool the mixture.
For final assembly: Place 10 gm of the mixture on the dough. Round the edges to form a ball shape and gently join up the sides.
Grease a baking tray and bake these at 140 degrees C for 10 minutes, basting with butter twice. Serve hot with a dip of your choice.
