Ingredients of Nachani Shankarpali
- 450 Ml Milk
- 300 gram Ghee (Vanaspati ghee)
- 300 gram Powdered sugar
- 1 kg Nachani Flour
- Oil for frying
How to Make Nachani Shankarpali

In a Pan Heat ghee, Take Nachani flour Sugar in one plate add hot ghee & prepare a dough with the help of milk.

Rest a dough for an hour, Roll dough in round shape.

Cut the dough in shankarpali shape
4.
Heat oil in a Kadai, The oil should not be too hot fry shankarpali in medium heat.
5.
Remove the shankarpali on tissue paper to drain the excess oil.
6.
After cool down place in airtight container and store.
