Ingredients of Nawabi Paneer
- 250 gms Paneer
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 Green Chillies
- 2 tbsp Malai
- 2 tbsp Jeera
- 1 tbsp Kasuri methi
- 1/2 inch Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Thick dahi
- 1 cup Milk
- For Masala
- 1 medium Chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 1 tbsp Red-chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 5-6 Crushed garlic
- 1/2 cup Water
- 3/4 cup Cashews
- Salt according to taste

In a pan add the masala ingredients cook it for a while and then blend in a mixer.

In a separate pan add butter, oil, dry spices and cook till hot. Once done then add the blended masala paste and cook till the raw taste of the onion goes away.

Next add curd and stir it well.

Once the oil and curd separates, throw in some milk slowly and fold the curry. Let it cook till it thickens.

Throw in the paneer cubes and cook for additional 10 minutes.
